Scabbers Scabbers is Ron Weasleys pet rat. He is actually Peter Pettigrew in his animagus form of a rat. After he killed the muggles and blamed it on Sirius Black he decided to become a pet in a wizarding family so he could hear news about Sirius. Scabbers used to be Percy's rat but Ron got it when Percy got an owl for becoming a prefect. |
